Just kidding. I really enjoyed this month. My exercise plan going forward is to aim for five days a week. (Which means trying to work out every day, still, but letting myself off the hook when life intervenes.)

This is the first time I’ve ever embarked on a fitness experiment just to take care of myself and not to fit into smaller pants or look cuter, etc. All I can say is that I highly recommend it. I hope the next time you add exercise to your schedule, you do it just for you. You deserve it.
